Returns- We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on https://jeenalavie.com/ for return. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Beauty, Wellness, and Sensitive Items- We are unable to process returns for opened and used Beauty, Wellness, and Sensitive products (See Products’ Description).
