Moroccan craftsmanship is rightfully reflected in these posh and refined bathroom and kitchen sinks. In Morocco, these sinks have a long history of sprucing up the interior of homes. The vivid and quirky color of the sink is derived from the awe-inspiring view of the Moroccan sunset. These sinks are famous for their intricate sea and fish scale design on the surface. This sink, highlighted with a stunning and thick brass rim, also made in Morocco, will provide a touch of exoticism to your decor.
These sinks from Morocco are handcrafted, so they won't chip or peel quickly after installation like mass-produced sinks might. In most cases, standard drain sizes can be found in sinks. It's versatile enough to function as either a countertop sink or an undermount sink that's simply dropped into place. Their durability is ensured by a thick coating of glaze. The stunning design of these sinks guarantees that they will be the focal point of any kitchen or bathroom.
In Fes, clay is dried for 20 days, broken, cleaned, and soaked for two days. Artisans shape it into vases, jars, and plates by hand, bake at 2000°C for 8 hours, paint with natural colors, coat for shine, and bake again. The products are durable for daily use. Zellige tiles are baked, painted, and designed with intricate patterns by the Nekkach. Assembled with "la resin," these tiles showcase Fes’s craftsmanship inspired by ancient designs.
Our basins are handmade by Moroccan artist, which makes each of them unique, the basin delivered to you may slightly differ from the bowl presented in the photograph.
In the photographs of the bowl you may see the reflections of light. The wash basin is built into a vanity unit and the rim of the bowl sticks out over the counter top.
The sink makes one decorative whole with the counter top, which enhances the sense of harmony and elegant simplicity.
The built-in wash basins are not only comfortable and practical in use but also extremely easy to clean. Perfect for small bathroom or kitchen. Our hand-painted sinks from Morocco will not crack nor loose paint shortly after installation, unlike low grade mass production printed sinks. The sink has a standard size drain.
Note: Please note that this sink is handmade and hand-painted using old traditional methods. Any irregularities in the design give the sink a beautifully distinctive unique character.. All our sinks are glazed and waterproof..
