Caffeine: Naturally caffeine free
Flavor: Earthy, cooked brown rice
Effect: Relaxing and calming

• Suggested: 1 teaspoon (1.0 gm) per 200 ml teacup freshly boiled water 100 degree C
• Steeping time about 4 minutes
• For best results, cover while brewing
• Increase time to 5-6 minutes if steeping a second time
